Last night, as Nic and I watched T.V., I noticed out of the corner of my
eye that Dodger was having just a bit of trouble moving something to his
cache spot.

He had brought a honeydew melon into the livingroom, had lost his grip,
and was desparately trying to poke a few more holes in it so he could
drag it to its final destination.

A hard, slick, and *heavy* melon...I, personally, was very impressed.

Went down to the dollar store to get Dodge a new, special "toy": a toilet
brush. This fluorescent green, red-bristled beauty is a bit hit, with a
whopping $1.00 price tag. Don't even ask how I knew Dodge would like it ;-)

I think the plan over the next week or so will be to build a mini "swing
set" frame with a carpeted base, and dangle a spongey jumper and the new,
very attractive toilet brush from it for the fuzzies' pleasure.
