Thanks Dr. Williams for the note, I know there are many good vets, but it is
sad to think of the ones that are not and the consequences it brings on our
little friends. It is also hard to see clients trusting him so much and I
have to watch the damage he does. I know I will loose my job and that is a
small price to pay if I save these animals. As for a new job, Ferrets Etc.
has me so busy I think I will just get out of the technician line for awhile
and consentate on the ferrets I get in everyday who need my attention.
Thank goodness for Doctors like you and our vet out here in Colorado Dr.
Bock, who really are making a difference with our ferrets and who really
care. All of us ferret owners truley appreciate it.
Also to all wondering I have now left messages with the USDA and FDA, plus
the Center for Veterinary medicine in Maryland. People seem to be gone
this weekend, Is there a holiday I missed? Anyway I hope to get calls back
1st thing Monday or I will call again until I get answers!! And thanks
Greg for the post of the vet in Boulder I will make note of it for our
Boulder members, Fortunatley we have a "Ferret Specialist" here in Golden ,
Co. Dr. Bock at Golden Animal hospital. We highly recommend him, but it
is great to know there is a good vet out in Boulder, the more good ferret
vets the more we can all learn and help the little ones.
Thanks, Stephanie Sheme
