I'm off.  I will be in DC late on the 5th, drop off a couple of boys who
have been begging to splash in the gene pool, do some work at the
Smithsonian on Thurs., then south to Gainsville.  I am lucky enough to have
the weekend off for driving, then the museum for a few day, to be followed
by a trip up to Knoxville for some more research.  The back to DC to get
the boys and visit people for a day or so.
 
I have the names and numbers of people who have asked me to stop and say
hello, and I will call you as time permits.  Hopefully, I shall be able to
check the email more frequently than on most trips, so last minute requests
will be noticed and honored.
 
Wish me luck, this trip is a nasty one.
