Kitten H-harness

I bought a figure 8 harness when I first got Sarah and couldn't keep her
in it for five minutes, so the next harness I got was a kitten H-harness.
It was still too big, but I was able to modify it b/c it was nylon.  I
had to cut the strap around the neck down and punch a new hole.  Since it
was nylon, I just burned the end to keep it from fraying.  It works well,
and she's only gotten out of it once in four years.
