Nicole: It's possible, based on my recent experience that your ferret MAY
NOT be neutered and descented, despite the "guarantee." When I got my first
ferret, Clover, a Marshall Farms ferret, she was also guaranteed neutered
and descented. But she went into heat, and it turned out that she was
intact! My pet shop paid for the spay operation, and, since I had mailed in
the Marshall Farms warranty with the registration number, I believe they
were reimbursed by Marshall Farms. But it was still an ordeal for all of us
- especially little Clover!
