Thank you those of you who took the trouble to investigate this subject
further..........sorry I've not replied sooner,I'm still catching up after
the March!
 
So.........it's illegal to hunt "game" animals with ferrets but not
vermin.(Strange that we class rabbits as vermin/pests here not game!)What
do prairie dogs class as then?I think the people I've been talking to on
the JRT list were planning to use ferrets in conjunction with their
terriers for prairie dogs and rats.

PS.Anyone else noticed that Nanny in 101 dalmations (the old cartoon
one) calls one of the Baduns "You big Weasel" like it's the ultimate
insult?
