Hi, I saw your post about Ryo's medical problems and I want to wish you and
Ryo well.
 
I think that you should ask for reimbursement for Ryo's medical bills which
pertain to her condition.  I might also suggest that you find a lawyer to
give you some advice on the subject.  I would be great if you could get
Marshall Farms to pay for all subsequent visits to have Ryo's infection
drained.
 
That may turn into a lot of hassle for you though.  I'm thinking that you
would have to prove that her problems stem from negligence on Marshal
Farms part and that opens a whole new can of worms.  I think that writing
a letter IS the right place to start.
