Marilyn, take it from a flea expert. We lived in Hawaii for six
years with two cats. When you live with pets in Hawaii you become
experts on flea control.
 
It does little good to merely deflea the pets. You have to seal
off and fog the entire house too. Preferably at the same time.
 
De-fleaing the pets gives relief for a few days at most. When you
fog the environment too, the relief lasts for weeks and weeks. You
gotta get to the source. For every flea on your pet there are at
least five replacements waiting their turn to invade. They are
hiding in the rugs, draperies, carpets, everywhere.
 
Get a few fog bombs and follow directions. Good luck.
