Hello Everyone

Thank you all so much for your carpet crater solutions, I only wish I
had known them earlier, well perhaps a carpet and a security deposit,
will be saved because of all this.

I would like to share with everyone a ferret secret. I spend alot of
time watching my two fuzzies duke it out, seeing who will be top
ferret of the hour. For anyone reading this who doesn't know who the
winner is, it's the one who drags the other by the neck. Our Cody, the
carpet crater queen, has twice as much energy as Weasie so we need to
give her an extra workout. She always seemed to be trying to get us
to play a certain way and one day it dawned on me, she wanted to play
the top ferret game, not just the I can bite all your extremities game.
It goes like this... With just one hand (to be fair) try to get the
scruff of their neck, you will be surprised at just how difficult this
is, especially if you have a hyper, wild, wacky fewwet. When you do get
the scruff, pull 'em along the floor a foot or two then let go. Cody
usually bounces back fightin' mad and tries to pull me by my neck (wrist).
when I play this way with her it's strange, almost like I'm speaking
her language. I hope you all understand this and don't just think too
much linatone soaked through my skin :).

As far as litter training goes I tried every crazy solution, NOTHING
WORKS! My solution is mantainence, a paper towel and spray bottle of
Natures Miracle enzyme solution. My favorite attempt was the "ferrets
don't like to walk on tin foil solution" Someone told me this so I tried
foil in the corners. Needless to say all of them gathered around and
took turns walking and pooping on the foil.

Thank you all again for the carpet crater solutions and please give
the game a try and let me know if you have that same "connection" with
your carpet shark.

        Have a fuzzy tail day!
Beth B., Weasie, Sneezy, and Cody
