>how are ferrets confiscated in California?

Kt, seeing that you are posting anonymously, I have to send this over the
FML. I had my ferrets confiscated in Fresno, California and it was a
horrible deal. The Fish Fuzz can get your name and address from people
turning you in or even through phone numbers if they feel that you are
suspicious. If I were you, I would be really nice to my landlord from now
on. Stay in his good graces, because if the Fish Fuzz gets your ferret, you
probably will not see him again unless you move out of state, if you are
lucky. Chances are that they will try to put him to sleep and if you are
extremely lucky, they will send him to a rescue mission in Nevada. Of
course they won't tell you were they will send him, so that you cannot go
across the border and get him back.

Oh by the way, yes they do have to get a search warrant first.

If you would like more information on how they arrested my three ferrets,
e-mail me privately.

Good luck,

Ilona Maggard, Ferretless in California
