Regarding the poster who is trying to scruff and nail cut on ferrets,
just wanted to share an easier method.  Sit down on a chair with your
legs together, and place your ferret on your lap.  Put them on their
back, cradled on the dip between your legs, with their head towards
your knees and their tail towards your stomach.  Put a few drops of
Ferretone on their now exposed belly.  As they lean forward and lick
it up you can clip their toenails easily.
