Have you considered taking her out and hand feeding her and then
returning her to her cage.
 
I know you said she's a picky eater.  We had one little boy come in and
forced fed him at first.  Finally he'd eat duck soup on his own and later
we were able to move him from Purina Kitten, a dreadful food.  We spent
about 6 wks on him.  He got adopted out to a good home and died of old
age about 1 yr later
