Not a rabid ferret in Hanover, VA

Well, I received two phone calls from Katie at Hanover County Animal
Control - and I have some very good news: It wasn't a rabid ferret, it
was a rabid *mink* and this was confirmed by their vet.  I'm glad that it
wasn't a domestic animal, but its still a warning signal to everyone --
rabies is out there.
