I've never heard this objection.  For years the objections have been that
ferrets will escape, breed, set up wild colonies and kill the indigeneous
species of foul, that's why the Sierra Club and the Audubon Society have
gotten into bed with the CF&W Dept.  When did they start accusing ferrets
of being able to interbreed with BFFs and you're right how do they think
EDFs will find BFFs to court?
