Hello all you happy people.
 
How would one train a ferret to nip without a nose thwack?  This ferret nips
so often, that I think that Nose Thwacking is having a bad effect.  Cage
time works, but he is fat, and needs the exercise.  He is real wierd about
the cage.  He will fight when we put him in, but you can open the door, and
he wont come out.
 
How can I put this one on a diet?  I am out of the house for 9hrs of work,
and asleep for eight hours.  He eats two bowls full of food a day, as well
as 10oz of water.  His food dish holds about 1.5 ounces, so that is three oz
of food a day.  My Girls don't eat this much in 2-3 days!  And his brother
eats this amount in a day and a half.  This fat ferret is 5 pounds, and 2
feet long.
