     I still haven't spoken with anyone from the SPCA in Washington County,
     MD to find out the actual method used to put the tiny ferret under.
     In fact, I think it may be unneccessary, but am open to requests to
     forge forward on that matter.
 
     Additionally, I spoke with someone in the Baltimore County
     Councilman's office to find out about how things might be handled if a
     similar situation occured in this county.  She plans on getting me in
     touch with someone who will field my questions.
 
     In that, I plan to ask who is in charge of the Public Health officce
     of Balto. Co. and what his/her opinion is how this type of situation
     would be handled here.  Also, I plan to ask how he/she might be able
     to assist in "reaching" those in charge in our neighboring counties to
     be more educated/open-minded in situations regarding ferrets.  Lastly,
     I plan on asking how one could be removed from this "Head of Public
     Health" office.
