Yo, Bob!  My dr. told me to pick up something called Digestive
Advantage -- Lactose formula.  Guess what?  I can drink milk, eat ice
cream and have all the cheese I want!  No pain, none of the other side
effects, either -- the best is the no pain and eat what I want bonus!
I wold recommend it to you and your lactose-intolerant brood! ;-)
