Based on the fiasco that has occurred in Mich. I have decided to never
allow my girls to go out in public again.  They will only get outdoors
in the privacy of my backyard.
 
The kids on our street will never get to pet and play with them because I
cannot be too careful.
 
Because Farmers Branch does not have specific legislation one way or the
other on ferrets and because the AC in our town has extraordinary powers to
determine each case I feel that I cannot protect my babies enough.
 
I tried to tell several TV stations here in the Dallas Metroplex that they
needed to pick up the story and all they were concerned about was how this
affected us in TX.  I stressed that the next incident of this kind could
occur here because of the dichotomy of laws here.  (They change from town to
town) I have not seen anything.
