well, Nero came home from dr.  Schiff's.  he had the biggest tumor of the
pancreas (removed tonight) that Dr. Schiff had ever seen.  He also removed
the left adrenal.  the right was fine.  the doc did say that the entire
pancreas is cancerous.  The news to note is that Nero showed only twice
"crashing", where his blood sugar would go down.  The vet and us attributed
this to the chromium/brewer's yeast that we had been giving him for the past
year.
 
Anyway, the doc is not hopeful about Nero.  If making Nero's records
available via mail or ftp or web will help anyone, please let me know and I
will do that.  We are on the road of long nights of pedialyte and forced
feedings.
