Get to a ferret vet for an assessment.  Those may be fat laid down around
the nodes, which can happen but is not that common in those places even
though it can happen.  Some things can make fat depositions more common,
like adrenal neoplasia.  It could alternatively be swollen nodes.  In
such far appart locations that would indicate a systemic infection being
fought, or possibly lymphoma.
