Accepted from at least us. We'll explain why we saw it the way we did and
why we reacted.

You answered this one yourself. Mistakes happen so hopefully no hard
feelings either way - none were intended. We obviously mistook your
intentions and we are sorry.

But you did not explain about the local cases so you put out dire warnings
with no backing data but a way by sending money to solve the problem that
was not fully explained. That's why it sounded commercial.

If you had put in the bit about what happened to your kits it would have
made a complete difference in perception.

We are very sorry for what happened to your kits.

After the completely happy and successful uses of wood pellets elsewhere it
would be probably a good idea to figure out what is different about this
type. Obviously since it was not intended as use as a litter it is NOT the
fault of the manufacturer (as long as it burns well). Is this a coated
pellet? The cheaper uncoated pellets are much better than the slightly more
expensive coated pellets that burn better.
