I missed the start of this thread (sometimes I just skim the FML, I'm
afraid), so I hope what I'm about to say is relevant :-)
 
Lambert Kaye, make a ferret cologne, but personally I much prefer their
doggy version "Scent To Stay" (or something like that).  Rather than spray
directly on the fuzzies, I spray their bedding and this results in a
*subtle* scent in the room and on the ferrets.
