The Congressional site to view bills is very screwy. Even the link to
search times out BUT it gets you to a page where you will see a light
blue live link titled Thomas.

This is the MOST BASIC URL so hopefully works as a direct link but if
not then look for that light blue word Thomas and click it open.
http://thomas.loc.gov/home/thomas.php

Thomas allows you to search bills. There are currently multiple bills
that are related to compounding. In some search things there they like
the period to be placed after S for Senate or H for House, but in
others you must leave that out and the S or H must always be
capitalized.

The one referred to in the link another poster carried here is S959

Here are the bills (and if memory is correct -- and I think it is -- it
is completely legal to put this entire info up here since it is public
access basics on legislation):

Click on the Bill Number. Then in the page to which it takes you click
on Text of Legislation. Then for easiest access on that next pages
click on Printer Friendly. Then those of you with better eyes can
check the legislation. My eye is completely worn out now putting this
together for you so I will give it a break. For the most details you
