I live in Alexandria too.  I just got my Mary Jane back from Adrenal
Surgery (Jan 9th).  I go to Dr. Thomas Kawasaki at the Old Bridge
Veterinary Hospital.  703-494-0094.  I'll give you the total breakdown
of her costs :

Her total was 453.03$.  Dr. K removed her left adrenal & part of her
right.
