Please check the sites Sam has made for updates as we receive information.
Remember to re-load often. If you haven't seen the replies to the newspaper
articles, you may want to take a look.

I've tried to talk with Jean tonight but with the four coming home from the
hospital late today, and they were fine there in a different enviornment,
they have been freaking out and needed her immediate attention. She's
received a couple of very bad bites that she said will leave scars and in
her 27 years of having ferrets, she's never had bites like this. Let's all
hope with love and tlc they will become the calm, loving ferrets they were.

There's been more wonderful and generous response today. Jean was so
thrilled and actually had a smile in her voice for the first time since the
attack and wishes to thank everyone so very much.

We do need to contact the prosecutors office to find out why there's such a
delay in issuing a warrant for an arrest. It's been over two weeks! Please
see the phone and fax number in Scott's post and it is on the web site also.

I'd like to thank eveyone again too. Some of your messages had me in tears
with your kindness and generiousity.

Hugs to all,

Jackie
