New printer isnt working, so I had to call technical support.  "Let's see,
maam, is it plugged in?  O, it is?  Have you made sure the ink cartridge is
installed right side up?  yes?  I see.  Hmm.  Well, have you checked for
small pointy mammals in the mechanism?  Well there you go then!  Glad to
help."

Rosy the dog is getting up there in years, and often times finds the
ferrets trying, but once in a while she likes to play with one.  She
invented a new game today: she gets her nose under Ramon, and flips him
over. & when he gets up, she does it again... LOL.
