Mouth-breathing ferrets?

OK - here's one I've never seen asked.  Pogo sometimes sleeps with his
mouth opened, even if he is upside down.  Does anyone else have a ferret
which does this?  When Pogo has been playing for a while, he sometimes also
looks like he is panting.  I assume ferrets disperse heat through their
mouth, and didn't think anything of it - but when he's asleep?  Just
wondering....

dragon that Pogo has decided need to be slayed)!
