Hi Stacey...

>>5. I am not well informed about these ferret shows/exhibitions etc., can

someone let me know where/when they are, I would love to get more involved

and possibly attend some!
Be sure to check out the info on Ferrets 2000 in Toronto at
<www.ferretaid.org> Coming up in a couple of weeks!

>>8. Who would you say would be the most knowledgeable Ferret Vet/Specialist

in North America? (This is a piece of info. I would like to have in my

records)
Dr. Charles Weiss practices in Maryland
Dr. Bruce Williams does research
there are a number of others too of course, but those 2 come to my mind right
away

9. What type of help can I provide to any of the Ferret Shelters, I do

not have a lot of money but would like to be able to help in some way, if

possible?
A list of many US and Canada shelters is published from time to time thru
the FML which lists their needs [Bill--how do you access the most recent
one?]; also, if you ask a specific shelter person, they can probably tell you
things they need...

best wishes!
Ronnie (Massachusetts)
