I found this while researching a BARF diet for my dogs.  It is finely
ground human grade chicken with bone.  Other meats/bone available.
Arrives well packaged and frozen solid in 1 lb pkgs.  Costs about
$1.49 lb.  Shipping on my rather large order was $10.  I think it is a
good product for making *soup* recipes.  Sure beats the grind your own
mess.  I'm working on getting my kids to eat it raw.  So far, no luck.
I'm persistent though.Take a peek if you like.  Not affiliated, etc....
