I went to the Pet Care Day that Kriss mentioned, here in Melbourne.  There
were about 8 or so ( big) 10 week old ferrets in a sort of wading pool.
One of them in particular raised the concern of some people in the crowd,
as he was lying limp, completely on his back, legs splayed out and relaxed,
"belly button" exposed to the world, looking dead.  My two girls are
nervous wrecks compared to this laid back fellow.
