I was cutting carpet pieces to line the new, five foot tall cage, and slip!
the swiss army knife closed on my finger. Ick. I felt the damn thing hit
the bone....but after a dizzying moment of noticing exactly what muscle
looks like, I decided against the er trip (I'd had a tetnus two years ago;
it closed quite nicely, I have grad-school insurance (read: none,
really...)) and bandaged and splinted it and watched er instead.

These little fuzzy things are STYLIN' ....this cage is six levels, fife feet
tall, fully carpeted, multiple hammocks, and a wonderful little basket with
a pillow in it we bought today. And two or three drops of my spilt blood on
the carpet.

I think I'm qualified to be a ferret archetect now....but am typing one
handed....

Laurel
