        Yes, Jason, it probably will.  You should check Fosgate's teeth on a
regular basis, because he will build up tartar much faster now than he did
before.  Ferrets on a soft-food diet generally require teeth cleaning as often
as once a year.
 
        Look for tartar on the neck of the teeth close to the gumline, and
reddened, irritated gums.  That's your clue that it's time to go to the vet to
have them cleaned.
