The Emergency Email Network will notify you via email of any disasters or
emergencies from local, regional, and national government sources.  You can
sign up by US state and county.  In addition to serious disasters and
emergencies, you can choose to be notified about Severe Weather Information
(non-emergency), Outage Info from electric, gas, water co., Locating
Emergency Supplies, Organ Donation, Daily Weather Forecasts, Routine Blood
Drives, Other Internet Service, and Free Local Internet Access.  Pretty
cool!
