Twice in the last two months I have sent money through paypal for a
raffle.  Twice in the last two months I have had to write to the people
running the raffle to find out if a winner had been drawn.  Please, if
you expect people to buy tickets and support your cause the least you
can do is announce the winners in a timely manner to the FML.
