Re: Ferret Mag - Modern Ferret
My husband and I really like Modern Ferret.  (We liked it so much we gave
our vets a gift subscription.  We been trying to ferret-ize them!) The
magazine is small, but it is put out by a small, new business.  I would
start out small too.  If you over-extend yourself, especially early in the
game, just how will you make it?  You probably won't.  It's something that
can grow as resources and readership grows.  Kudos to Mod Ferret!

I may be hallucinating again, but I think the term for a group of ferrets is
a "business". Some how it seems appropriate! ;)

It was Capt.  Jean Dook Fercard and his Fer-Federation starship the
Ferretprise who went up against the Evil and cruel Kalif Orian Empire.  This
is what Gary is referring to when he uses Kalifornia.  ;) (My husband and I
wrote 3 "Ferret Trek: The Next Generation" stories for the FML a few months
back.) Maybe we should do a "FS9 - Ferret Space 9"....or "Ferylon 5"....or
"Dr.  Who and his TARFIS (Time and Relative Ferrets in Space)" or....???
(Don't expect a "Voyager" spin-off - too much cheese can make ferrets really
sick!  ;)
