Very very few brands of black licorice contain any REAL licorice.  IE Nibs
(those little pieces in a bag) really have licorice in them.  Twizzlers to
the best of my knowledge does not.  Had a patient who's blood pressure
wouldn't go down.  MD tried every medication and the guy cut out all salt
fats etc from his diet.  Turned out he was addicted to licorice and that's
what was raising his blood pressure.
