I use a Krups electric grinder.  I think I got it at Meier and Frank.  I
do not put raw bones through it, I cook the chicken in a pressure cooker
first.  (thanks for that suggestion Juliana).  The electric grinder sure
simplifies the whole process, and you don't end up with a huge bicep on
your right arm;-)
