Since it doesn't seem that this issue could be resolved between a decent
human being and the ebay slime...(ooops, sorry, I have officially offended
all things that fall under the category of slime), I have forwarded the
following complaint to ebay. Hopefully they will resolve this and not
force me to get on my soapbox. Anyone that is interested in expressing
their disgust about this issue can contact Ebay support by going to Safe
Harbor on their website, follow the links for Rules and Safety and file a
complaint under a selection of categories in the list.

Here is my two cents.
This item is an animal pelt and in the listing is described as a ferret.
This cause the listing to appear under the category where many ferret
lovers lurk for supplies and collector items relating to PET FERRETS. A
member of our club contacted the woman to see if she would remove the word
ferret from the listing and she refused saying that she used it to reach
as many bidders as possible. First of all, the pelt she is selling is not
a ferret, it is that of a weasel or a mink and that is misleading bidders.
The most important issue of all however is that anyone searching for items
for our pet ferrets are subject to this listing,...the skins of animals
and we are completely repulsed by it. It is this ebay'ers opinion that
if the sale of live animals is prohibited so should their skins and any
related animal part. This is disgusting and I have to believe that this
merely slipped through to the listings. I would not want to think that
Ebay would allow such an item in it's listings. As I said, contact to the
seller has been made with no resolution. Please intervene on the behalf
of the animal lovers in the Ebay trading community to stop the selling of
animal parts.

Sincerely,
Kim Fox
