Escher has the ability to "teleport" (or phaze as we call it) out of this
reality and into her own.  you can be looking for her, tear up the whole
house, yelling and getting all in a fuss.  then, when you're just about to
give up and break down, you can turn around and she will be standing right
in the middle of a room, staring up at you, wondering what the fuss is.
 
she's been doing this to us for 6.5 years now.  cutest thing, but it drives
me nuts!

PS.  the baby boys odo and quark have leveled out at 4 lbs  5 oz and 3 lbs
