Im not so sure that you have interpreted this correctly. No where in
that document does it list ferrets, nor does it clearly state that

"It states all carnivores except domestic dogs and domestic cats fall
under Dangerous Wild Animals."

I could not find that sentence anywhere here - Could you possibly
clarify or point out where it specifically states this?

Also, this board reviews the list yearly to determine what animals if
any should be added to the list, so this is nothing new.
