My name is bob lipinski, no known relation to ed or tara.
 
Last Sunday night my daughter dumbfounded me with an early Xmas present of
two ferrets,Buster and Friendly.
 
Buster is a male DEW and Friendly a female light sable (silver?)
 
A vet visit today showed them to be about two years old and healthy except
for some ear mites.  They behaved beautifully.  They were vacinated and
examined and acted like they enjoyed the outting.
 
Buster is asleep on my son's chest and Friendly took over the wienner dog's
blanket and is also asleep.
 
The wienner dog, Shasha, survived a first night taste of her butt and is
still quite leary of the new family members.Hopefully she will adjust to the
new kids.The cats have decided to sleep outside (Phx AZ weather).
 
My son and I have wanted ferrets for about two years, and I had pretty much
figured it would be a couple more years before we would be owned by them.My
daughter (a student at NAU ) did an assignment about ferrets last spring, I
guess she decided I needed ferrets more than I thought I did.What a
deal.....THEY ARE WONDERFUL.....
