A ferret was found along the Ipswich and Hamilton, Massachusetts border
and is currently in the care of the North Eastern Massachusetts Ferret
Friends. If you have lost a ferret that you are hoping to be reunited
with please provide the following information:

Please provide color, sex, approximate weight, and approximate location
where and date when ferret was separated from you. For ownership
verification pictures of lost ferret may be emailed to

Also be prepared to provide veterinary records for reference to verify
ownership.

Upon the expiration of Craigslist posting (7 days,

this ferret will be put up for adoption by the Massachusetts Ferret
friends. If you are interested in adopting this ferret please send an
email with a phone number to

This ferret will be adopted to the best available home, the ferret will
have received distemper and rabies vaccinations prior to release and
the adoption fee will cover the cost of those vaccinations. Interested
parties will also need to complete the Massachusetts Ferret Friends
Adoption Application which can be found at
