Unless you have a pond in your garden, I would doubt she is finding frogs.
Are you sure it isn't toads?  Why does it matter?  Frogs in the US are
mostly safe.  Toads are poisonous.  If your ferret bites a toad, he is
not going to like it because they have two large glands on each side of
their neck that expel a thick fluid that is bitter and burns eyes.  The
Bufo Marinus toad found near Miami are as big as a dinner plate and it's
poison will kill a small dog
