Well I am trying to catch up on the 2 1/2 weeks of FML that I missed while
on vacation.  I also decided that I need a ferret sitter next time we go on
vacation if at all possible.  We left Meep and Daisy at home with someone to
come in and out twice a day to check on them.  Both of them apparently got
very lonely which was quite evident when the rushed up and greeted us with
many ferret kisses when we got home, not to mention following us around for
the last couple of days.
 
They also must have been quite put out with us because they decided litter
boxes were optional while we were gone (found lots of "presents" on our
return).  As soon as we came home they went back to their fairly dependable
use of the litter boxes again.  Sounds like "attitude" to me!!  At any rate
I would really like to leave them with a ferret lover when we next go on
vacation and I would be willing to pay "board" or swap sitting time with
someone.
 
We live on the New York-Vermont border, an hour south of Burlington, VT and
an hour north of Glens Falls, NY.
 
Anyone within an hour or two would work out great!
