Howdy, all.

To Laura: I hope you do well with Spook. I've had two deaf ferrets and
they are actually quite esay to deal with, as long as you use their vision
as a first method to approach them -- don't surprise them from behind...
my Lily was actually deaf AND blind; she was fine as long as you presented
your hand to her from the FRONT and let her realize who you were first.

John: think you need to seriously consider ECE; that's what it sounds like.
Get to a vet quick -- you'll probably need to treat both ferrets....
there's LOTS of information in the FML archives.

To California Residents: CONGRATULATIONS on your VERY successful signature
drive. It's only a matter of time before to F&Gestapo caves.... you're
almost there.

ALSO, thanks to those of you who voted for Tripod Bob in the photo
contest at:

http://www.fuzzycentral.com/contest.asp

We appreciate your support -- he's gained over 10 votes today and into 4th
place... If you haven't voted, PLEASE do so now... all winnings go directly
to TLE at Ferret Family Services. Please help us show the ferret community
that disabled ferrets are beautiful, too.

Love to all,

Andy
Cody, Oscar, Witzy, and Tripod Bob
