With all the discussion about feeding ferrets raw meat, has anyone tried
giving them a baby chick?  Sounds gruesome, I know, but I bet they'd
love it.
 
When I'm at the pet store I'll occasionally get a dozen crickets, take
them home and put them in the bathtub.  The babies love 'em!
 
They like fresh grasshoppers and katydids, too; but not the canned kind.
(Yes, there ARE canned grasshoppers!  I think they're for snakes or
something)
