If ever there was a place to find a wonderful home for your ferrets...
this may very well be the place. I know how important it is to Vicky
to find a good home, and can imagine how hard this all must be. Vicky
is most likely in survival mode. It is an adrenaline rushing, morning
sweats, stomache churning, mind blowing place to be.

About a year ago I rescued two teensy babies close to death. One did
not move when held or touched, or a toy was put down, or food was placed
in front of her. When I could see that they were going to survive and
thrive, I asked on the FML to find a good home for them.

I have a number of older and old ferrets ..all rescues now ...some with
"teething on flesh issues" some on multiple meds, and/or with cancers
showing up in the stomache area. People think I am a vet tech when they
come into the kitchen and see all the drugs and syringes and ferret
plates and directions for all the meds for each ferret plastered on the
fridge.

The two babies were now healthy and gorgeous.

I asked on the FML,and found the most and best ferret mommy I could
have ever dreamed of. She and her husband have been sharing the most
hysterical and deeply touching pics as the babies have grown. It has
been thrilling to know they are so loved. They are spoiled and adored.
Their pics are on the fridge in between notes for meds.

I will be travelling for a visit in a few months. And it is because of
the FML that these babies found this amazing forever home.

Thank you Darla and Greg..
And thank YOU Big, for making it possible for these two to live a joyous
ferrety life.

Best wishes for your two boys, and for you Vicky.
Advice: Take it one day at a time.
Set your priorities and follow through.
