Please help - I posted this morning about my ferret who was having a
clearish pooping problem. Well, it is Connor - I saw him do it tonight.
And now I am really worried. It was reddish - kind of brick colored. I
am not imaging that is a good thing. He is acting COMPLETLY normal - eats,
plays and does his normal ferret stuff. But his poop is liquidy and red
and slimy. Help. I am calling my vet in the AM as I do not believe it
is life threatning at this point and can wait that long, however I need
suggestions. He does eat baby food with his sister who needs it for her
insolinoma - chicken or turkey. He is a pig - although tonight I had to
show him the food for him to eat it - but then he ate it willingly - he
usually j ust runs right up and trys to push his sister away -b ut none
the less, he ate. He is just over 3 and on Feb 29 it will be 1.5 yrs
since his third and final lupron shot (just in case that has anything to
do with it). I need advice - what could be gong on with him?????

Thanks in advance-
-Amy
