collars....
 
DO NOT USE THE WOVEN NYLON collars!
They shrink!  (ELric and us had a scarey episode when his did!) Elric wears
(and doesn't mind) a leather puppy collar.  we found the smallest size puppy
collar (i think it is 8 or 10 ) and added a couple more holes and trimmed
off some of the excess.
 
he has a cat bell and a plastic engraved id tag.
 
if the collar is bought for a kit, one may have to get another collar as
they grow, as if one trimms off too much excess collar you may run out of
holes.  (and the kit won't want to trip on his collar...)
