Kim..no, I have never had the experience of having recalled meat here,
but I don't want to, either..seems there are more and more scares all
of the time. I was scared to death when the dog food was recalled due
to the melamine in it..I keep myself ahead on that, too now!

I just think it's prudent to be aware of the risks and minimize them
any way I can, and keeping myself ahead of the risk helps me sleep at
night!

Thanks to everyone who e-mailed me off board and told me they just
loved the idea..
